While I'm waiting on NDA's to clear so I can share some covers I've been doing , I figured I'd share some sketches I've got. There's a bunch more, so I'll try to be a good blogger and upload those soon. Speaking of sharing, I'm giving twitter a try:

To be honest, I'm not sure if I'm going to stick with it. I was hoping it would be a faster way to share images, but that doesn't seem to be the case. We'll see.

The first sketch here is something I did for Mike "Daarken's " Beautiful Grim auction. I really encourage everyone to check it out and give it a read. It's for a great cause, and there are tons of great artists participating.

I loooooove the beautiful grim piece and the elephant sketch!! I also love that you sprinkled your sketchwork in there. Somthing about sketches that is so much more exposing than a finished piece sometimes.;) thanks for exposing yourself to us Scott!! Heheheeheheh...big ol fuzzys for ya!!!

Kristina- Thanks so much dude! I hope to see the NYC crew soonish :)

Julien -Thanks man. I always appreciate you stopping in to take a look at your little American friend's drawings ;)

Rick-Thanks! Hmmm...I hope I didn't build it up the covers too much ! Some are better than others :)

Nigel- Muchos gracias senor! Still working on my crappy inking...but at least I enjoy it !

Daniel- Thanks man. Yeah -that's kind of a very rough idea I sketched out fast for a personal piece I wanna do. Even though it is really rough I thought I'd throw it out there to see what people make of it even at this early stage.

Christine! Thanks so much deary. Ya know -I used to feel a bit weird sharing these rough sketches..because lately I'm more concerned with just getting the ideas and capturing it while I'm in the moment. They aren't the most refined, but I'm glad you are diggin them. Thanks for the fuzzies :)

HOW have I yet to comment on this?!?? Man, I should be ashamed. Your beautiful grim piece is STELLAR. So simple yet great. the graphite portrait along with that splash of watercolor is a really awesome combination. I hope the show ends up being held in NYC so I can see it in person! :D
