Pendragon Legacy  : Sword of Light
This is the first book in a series I am working on for Templar UK.  Excited to see how this reproduces, since they were planning on using acetate overlays and other fancy packaging.  Thanks for checking in!

Cool work on here! This illustration is especially epic!

Looks awesome! It's a shame the dragon got pushed back so much in the end, I love how you painted it.

Thanks so much Mauricio! Just spent some time looking over your work - amazing stuff!

Mike - Thanks! The cover will actually have an overlay, so when you open it, the entire cover will be revealed. Kind of curious to see how it all looks in the end!

So nice, man! I really like your sketches. I'm glad they went with the glowing effect route ;) Also, you'll have to take pictures of this fancy packaging for us and post them up once you get your hands on it!

Very nice Scott! Hopefully, the fancy packaging comes with a soundtrack because that's the only thing missing!

BRADDOCK- you should go by your last name for now on. It's like ...the most manly last name ever. Sounds like a freakn' space marine or something. :)
Thanks for the comments man - I'll definitely post pics of the book once it comes out. Just got an email from the AD today ..getting ready for Book #2!

Matthew- thanks so much man! Hahaa- I got a good laugh at the "soundtrack" comment . Definitely curious to see how it all comes out in the end.

edit: Weird! Right after I made that comment I got an email from the AD saying they blew the budget on the book printing and they are going a different route . Still a wraparound- but I was looking forward to the fancy stuff!

sorry to hear that they're not going to do the fancy stuff... it's still looking really cool, man! :D

All the best with your projects, Scott :)

chibianion- thank you! I actually only got to read snippets from the manuscript but it seemed like a fun read.

Charles -Great to hear from you-thanks ! Yeah -I was looking forward to the initial packaging since I love when publishers go all out on book covers. I can totally understand why you wouldn't want to stretch a budget on a title that you don't know will make the money back. I think with a product with a built in fan-base like LoTR or Star Wars you can take those gambles.
Why am I going on and on? :)
